3. Custom Orders
3.1 Custom work must be confirmed in writing (email, online order form, or proof approval).
3.2 You are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs/designs before production. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.
4. Payment
4.1 Payment is required before work begins or before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.2 We accept the payment methods listed at checkout.
4.3 You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize any charges made through our payment processor.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier service, customs, weather, or other factors.
5.2 Risk of loss or damage transfers to you when the product is delivered to the shipping carrier.
5.3 Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be made to the carrier, though we will assist where possible.
6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
6.1 All sales are final for custom products once production begins.
6.2 Non-custom products may be eligible for return as described in our Return Policy.
6.3 Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.
6.4 Cancellations requested before production may incur fees.

7. Intellectual Property
